📦 Shipping Policy

Please note: All items are pre-ordered, which is why processing takes up to 2 weeks. We make each piece just for you, so a little patience goes a long way.

Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. From there, your set will arrive within 7 business days.

We partner with overseas vendors, so while we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible, please be aware that unexpected shipping delays may occur. We appreciate your understanding and support.

🔄 Order Changes

You have 3 business days from the time you place your order to update any details (such as size, color, or shipping info). After that window, orders are locked in and cannot be changed.

❌ Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our fulfillment process, we do not accept refunds or exchanges. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase.

📮 Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped via USPS. Once your package is dropped off and scanned by USPS, we are no longer responsible for its handling. For lost, delayed, or damaged packages, please contact your local USPS directly.
